Ashley Urquhart is the founder and owner of award-recognized massage practice A&M Massage and Bodywork and AU Method of Massage Education, where she is dedicated to advancing the massage therapy profession through education, specialized techniques, and professional development. She is selected as the Author of the Year International Impact Book Awards of 2026.

Ashley graduated from the prestigious Parker University School of Massage in 2009 and has continued to expand her knowledge and clinical skills throughout her career. Her journey into continuing education began with Intra-oral TMJ Massage Therapy, a specialty she has studied, practiced, refined, and developed over the years to help other massage therapists confidently incorporate this modality into their professional practice.

Ashley began teaching in 2020 and became an NCBTMB-approved continuing education provider, allowing her to provide professional education to Licensed Massage Therapists. Her courses emphasize practical application, with a strong focus on hands-on learning.
